She was Managing Director of People in Business until June 2012, and now splits her time between consultancy work and teaching at Masters level at Kingston University. Her early career was spent at The Industrial Society where she was founding head of Surveys and Audits and subsequently Head of Employee Relations and Communication.
Among the clients she has worked with in the last couple of years are Hiscox, Osram, Thales, RBS, Imperial Tobacco, UBS and BP.
She has written various books on internal communication, most recently (with Simon) on the internal communication aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
She has degrees in History (Cambridge University), Law (London) and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour (London University).
